Set in the heart of Argelès-sur-mer, our 3-bedroomed traditional house has recently been fully renovated and decorated to a high standard.
The accommodation comprises of:
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Covered patio dining area with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the garden and private swimming pool(6.50m x 3m). Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, bathroom offering a large corner bath and vanity unit with lighting and mirror above, separate toilet, and a small garage.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, a shower room with corner shower, vanity unit with lighting and mirror above, and toilet. Also on the first floor is a second fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and microwave, and a lounge and dining area with a small balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, bedside tables and bedside lighting. There is air conditioning on the first floor, and heating throughout the house.
TV, cassettes and books are provided, and there is an extra private parking space at the side of the house.

LOCAL AREA
In Argeles village there is a wealth of all year round activity; restaurants, bars, cafés, banks, fruit shops, butchers, fish shops, boulangeire etc..., as well as the market twice a week. There is also a post office and church.
At Argeles Plage you will find mile after mile of wide sandy beaches and when the sun gets too much you can wander off into the shaded areas beyond the beach. Numerous activities are on offer from water sports, childrens play clubs, bowling, karting to restaurants, bars and clubs. Whilst modern and catering for every need, it has maintained much of its original interest with small streets packed with shops and restaurants.
Argeles Port offers yet more interest with it's luxurious cruisers, fishing boats, sightseeing and diving boats. Why not have a meal or drink whilst Watching the activities of the port?
Places of interest within the area are too numerous to mention. Collioure is the next town south along the coast with its fantastic picturesque church and castle, then Port Vendres and Banyuls, and continuing along the coastal route into Spain you can find many small coves for a more peaceful time on the beach.
Alternatively you can travel inland and visit the spectacular sights of the region; towards the Pyrenees can be found fortified towns, unique villages, monastries, thermal towns, lakes and spectacular market towns.
Perpignan with it's boutiques, hypermarkets and airport is a 20 minutes drive away, and the Spanish border can be reached in under half an hour.
Sporting opportunities are numerous with water sport, golf, fishing, horseriding, canyoning and scuba diving but to mention just a few.

The house is located in the centre of this popular town, 5 minutes drive from the beaches and port of Argeles. All the local shops, amenities, restaurants and bars are just a short walk away, making this a convenient location out of high season as well. The accommodation is much larger than is apparent from the front door, thanks to the large covered terrace and the extended 1st floor above with the dining/living room area overlooking the garden and good size private pool. This renovated traditional property feels bright and modern and is well equipped, with a useful extra kitchen on the ground floor for outdoor dining. Attractive base for both relaxing “chez vous” and for enjoying the many activities and sights in and around Argeles.
