Independent Comment
The location of this spacious south-facing first floor apartment overlooking the Canal du Midi has great appeal, with a delightful view of the canal boat moorings. The property is just a short walk from the nearest bar/restaurant and easy walking distance of the centre of Capestang. The good size terrace fronts the spacious open-plan living area and well equipped kitchen area with plenty of workspace, whilst above is the unusually large, light and airy mezzanine lounge which is comfortably furnished. The 2 bedrooms are well presented with plenty of built-in storage space and views over the vineyards. The terrace is most attractive as the outside “room with a view” to relax and unwind. Ideal for 4, although comfortably sleeps up to 6.
