The properties are ideal for independent letting although it is possible to hire the complete unit sleeping a maximum of 16-18 people.
Each Villa is beautifully appointed and presented to a very high standard, fully equipped with every essential to ensure that your holiday needs are met and surpassed. From the drive you enter a grand hallway leading to the two separate villa entrances.
The villas are surrounded by garden areas and the pool measuring 11m x 5.5m, which is sited to make the most of the summer sun and illuminated in the evenings, a huge terrace offers ample room for sunbathing and sun beds are provided. The garden is stocked with a variety of fruit bearing trees including cherries, peaches, plums and pears, to which guests are invited to help themselves.
The lower front garden provides entertainment for the whole family with a children's play area and a boules area for the competitive pre-dinner challenge.
Facilities include hi-fi system, wood burning fire or stove, TV, English satellite TV, barbecue, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine.

The properties are located on a very quiet hillside a 5 minute drive from Le Boulou which is well equipped with shops bars and restaurants.
There are activities for everyone to enjoy! Visit the Mountains or Beaches nearby. Cycle through the local vineyards. View Cathar castles and medieval towns. Take a stroll around the lakes and nature reserves. Dine out in typical French or Catalan restaurants. Browse around local markets and shops.
Numerous Ski resorts are within easy reach of the property with the closest Mount Louis a breathtaking but comfortable 1 hour drive.
Perpignan with its International Airport is 15 miles North of the property.

An imposing villa nestling in the beautiful Albères hills, “Les Chartreuses” comprising a number of exclusive established villas in this most attractive setting. The good sized pool is in keeping with the grandeur of the villa and is smart and inviting for all. Both properties enjoy lots of space with large rooms, which are generously furnished, whilst the living rooms are well appointed with luxury furnishings. Lack of space here prevents doing justice to each individually, both having their own attractions and appealing features and both providing very comfortable homes with a touch of classical elegance; the large private terraces too are excellent as the natural outside dining rooms. Ideal for larger parties.
